Welcome to Quillway — a publishing platform designed for writers, photographers, and readers. By using Quillway, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Quillway is a digital platform that allows creators to publish original content, engage with audiences, and access optional tools and features, including monetization and AI-powered assistance. Quillway is owned and operated by [Your Legal Business Name].

2. Eligibility

To use Quillway, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Create a valid account with accurate information
  • Agree to abide by these Terms and our Community Guidelines

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share login credentials or impersonate others. You may register as:

  • A Reader: to view, follow, and engage with content
  • A Creator (Writer/Photographer): to publish content and participate in monetization programs (with a paid subscription)

4. Subscription & Payments

Publishing features and monetization tools are available to paid creators.

  • Monthly and yearly plans are available through Stripe
  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or removal of publishing access

5. Content Guidelines

By publishing on Quillway, you agree that:

  • You own or have rights to the content you post
  • Your content is not plagiarized, hateful, abusive, spammy, or illegal
  • Quillway may moderate or remove content that violates these rules

6. Monetization & Earnings

Creators may earn through:

  • Ad revenue sharing
  • Affiliate links (must comply with disclosure guidelines)
  • Brand partnerships (subject to Quillway review)

Quillway reserves the right to withhold or delay payments for accounts under review, in violation, or in dispute.

7. AI Tools & Automation

AI features are optional and available through a separate subscription.
Use of AI tools does not guarantee content approval or performance. Creators remain responsible for editing and publishing AI-assisted content.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

Quillway reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies, including but not limited to:

  • Posting harmful or plagiarized content
  • Abusing referral systems
  • Violating payment terms

9. Intellectual Property

All content created by you remains yours.
By posting on Quillway, you grant us a license to host, display, and promote your content within our platform. We do not claim ownership over your work.

10. Liability & Disclaimer

Quillway is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for damages, lost earnings, or third-party links. Users publish at their own risk. We do not guarantee platform uptime or content success.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Quillway constitutes acceptance of any changes.
