I am a wellness writer, burnout survivor, and the person behind Quillway Wellness. I built this site because I could not find the honest, practical information I needed when I was at my worst.
My Story
A few years ago, I hit a wall. Not a dramatic breakdown — just a slow, grinding exhaustion that no amount of sleep seemed to fix. I tried everything. More sleep. Supplements. Cutting caffeine. Adding caffeine back. Meditation apps I never opened. None of it worked.
What finally worked was understanding what was actually happening in my body. Burnout is not just tiredness. It is a nervous system problem. And once I understood that, I could finally start fixing it — with specific, physical changes, in the right order, at the right pace.
I put everything I learned into a 30-day protocol. And now I share it for free, along with the ongoing science, habits, and honest product recommendations that have helped me and the women in our community.

This is not a hustle culture site. We do not talk about optimizing your morning routine or doing more. We talk about doing less, better. About nervous system recovery. About the small physical changes that actually move the needle when you are too tired to do anything big.
Every Sunday, I host a free 30-minute rest session on Zoom. No agenda. Just comforting music and a quiet space to stop. The link goes out to email subscribers every Saturday morning.
