Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the quillway.com website and the travel planning services operated by Quillway Travel (“us,” “we,” or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Quillway Travel operates as a travel advisor, providing personalized travel planning, consultation, and booking services. We act as an intermediary and agent for third-party travel suppliers such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers (“Suppliers”).
Our services are limited to the planning and booking of travel and do not include the provision of the travel services themselves.
2. Our Fees
Our expert travel planning and booking services are provided to you at no extra cost. We are compensated through commissions paid by the Suppliers after you have traveled. The price of your travel is not higher by booking through us; in many cases, we are able to provide additional value through exclusive perks and amenities.
3. Client Responsibilities
Travel Documents: You are responsible for ensuring that you and all members of your traveling party have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months after your return date. We are not liable for any expenses incurred as a result of your failure to obtain the necessary documentation.
Review of Bookings: We will provide you with booking confirmations and itineraries. It is your responsibility to review these documents for accuracy immediately upon receipt and to inform us of any discrepancies.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel delays.
4. Payments, Cancellations, and Changes
All payments for travel services are made directly to the Suppliers. You will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective Supplier regarding payments, cancellations, and changes to your booking.
Cancellation and change policies vary significantly by Supplier. We will inform you of these policies at the time of booking, but we are not responsible for any cancellation fees or penalties imposed by the Supplier. Our planning services are non-refundable.
5. Limitation of Liability
Quillway Travel acts only as an agent for the Suppliers. We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any of the Suppliers.
We shall not be liable for any fluctuations in price or change in schedule or equipment or accommodations for any travel service, which occur subsequent to payment for such service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
